The best images usually require the need for sedation. If indicated by our veterinarian sonographer, your pet may require sedation in order to perform the abdominal ultrasound. Sedation costs will be presented to you prior to your pet’s ultrasound and generally range between $50 - $150 depending on your pet's size and degree of sedation required.
In the event that my pet requires sedation, do you authorize the administration of sedative medications?
- I understand that if my pet does not respond within a reasonable time, efforts will stop. - I understand that the chance of successful recovery is not guaranteed, and that efforts may still be unsuccessful.
