Urgent care
- Minor wounds, injuries, lacerations, eye injury, squinting, conjunctivitis, torn nail, etc.
- Allergic reactions, facial swelling, hives, bee stings
- Rattlesnake bites
- Foxtail wound exploration/removal
- Stabilize major trauma
- Vomiting, diarrhea, coughing, sneezing, limping, pain
- Ear infections, skin infections, hot spots, itching
- Urinary issues such as urinary tract infections, straining to urinate, or painful urination
- Toxin ingestion (THC, rodenticide, snail bait, grapes, etc.)
- Dystocia (difficult labor)
- On-site sedation or anesthesia for procedures as indicated
Ultrasound
- Abdominal ultrasound performed by DVM
- Reports written by board-certified radiologist in 4 hours or less
- Sample collection through fine needle aspiration, rapid digital cytology, on-site blood clotting testing, or endoscopic biopsies as indicated

- Focal ultrasound
- X-rays
- CBC: evaluate red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets
- Chemistry: evaluate organs, electrolytes, proteins
- Blood clotting time
- Urine evaluation
- Rapid diagnostic for pancreatitis, canine parvovirus, feline leukemia virus, tick-borne disease, and feline heart disease
- Microscopic evaluation of ears, skin, blood, cytology
Telemedicine
Telemedicine is available for clients who wish to discuss their pet’s problem(s) with one of our veterinarians. Telemedicine is audiovisual, and a video component is required for a full veterinary-patient relationship, so please have a phone or webcam available. The cost of a telemedicine consult is the same as an in-hospital examination. If you need to follow up with an in-hospital visit within 24 hours, we will not charge you an exam fee.
