“We brought our 10 year old Westie into the Tell Tail Vet Urgent Care secondary to incessant vomiting and dehydration. As it turned out she had a blockage of her small intestine and a large mass in her bladder – that was essentially non-operable. Our family wasn’t prepared for this heart breaking news. Given such a grim prognosis we opted to end her suffering. It was horrible saying goodbye to our 4 legged family member. However the Vet and the staff were so kind and compassionate.

Upon walking in, we were greeted with exceptional service by Marty! He is honestly the sweetest and just makes you feel at ease during such a stressful time. Margo was super helpful and kind as well! Our wonderful veterinarian was Dr. Whitford and she was absolutely amazing. She listened to all of our concerns and showed so much compassion which meant the world to me as I was devastated. “My experience with this Amazing Vet office was absolutely heartwarming! Unfortunately, we had to put our sick girl down and I picked this place based on my intuition. We also had her cremated with rjem Every single person treated us like family and even reached out to us with a touching Momento weeks later. They sent us a card with ink paw prints and her little nose print.

Even without This additional touch, we were floored at how caring and helpful everyone was, especially Marty! He made this touch time bearable and treated us just like family. I will never forget them!”

“I hate that I had to learn about Tell Tail, but I am so glad I did. A very sudden health emergency with my beloved dog led me to this urgent care facility seeking diagnostics. The news was not good and we ended up having to say goodbye that day. Dr. Halsey and Marty could not have been more kind, compassionate, or understanding throughout the entire process. “This is a walk-in only urgent care only open during the day.

I came in for my puppy who had a UTI on a Wednesday morning and the whole process took about ~2 hours. The wait was long, but a UTI is considered less threatening so some other pets were prioritized which is understandable. Dr Whitford is kind and was amazing at explaining everything. They also follow up by email which is nice.

To save your coins, be prepared to say “no” to tests/treatments that you don’t think your pet needs. All itemized care options are optional- so do what you think is best for your circumstance!”
